Terms of Use for Sharing User-Generated Content (UGC)
We love seeing how our products are used in everyday life – and we truly appreciate it when you share your moments with us on social media.
When we ask for permission to use your photo, video, or other content (“Content”), it is so we can showcase our products in use across our own channels. By responding to our request with #yesSinnerup, or otherwise confirming in writing, you consent to the following terms:
1. License to Use Your Content
You grant Sinnerup ApS (CVR no. 67430611) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your Content in our marketing and communications. This may include:
- Our website
- Social media
- Newsletters
- Advertising (digital and print)
- In-store materials and events
The license may be used across both digital and physical media without any further compensation to you.
2. Your Confirmations
By giving your consent, you confirm that:
- You own all rights to the Content.
- You have obtained consent from any individuals appearing in the Content (including parents/guardians if minors under 18 are depicted).
- Our use of the Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
3. Disclaimer and Liability
You acknowledge that Sinnerup ApS is not obligated to use your Content, even if permission has been granted.
You also agree to indemnify Sinnerup ApS against any claims from third parties arising from our use of the Content.
4. Withdrawal of Consent
If, at any point, you wish for us to stop using your Content, you can report it directly through our image gallery (Flowbox) or contact us at web@sinnerup.com.
We will then remove your Content from our digital channels within a reasonable time. Please note, however, that we cannot withdraw printed materials or campaigns that have already been distributed.
5. Personal Data
When we use your Content, we may also display your username, profile picture, or other publicly available information from the social media platform where the Content was originally shared.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
